Oak Ridge Missionary Baptist Church exists to lead all people into a lifelong, joy-filled relationship with Jesus Christ. Our roots trace back to 1888, when a faithful group of believers—Deacon Thomas Crockett and J.E. Bogart among them—established a church home in Kansas City, Kansas. We stand firmly on the truth of God’s Word, believing the Holy Bible is divinely inspired, written by men under God’s direction. It is a perfect and eternal guide—authored by God, centered on salvation, and entirely free from error. The Bible reveals the standard by which God will judge us, and remains the unshakable foundation for Christian unity, truth, and daily living.

1st Sundays – Communion & Baptism at 8:30 AM
We gather in reverence to remember Christ’s sacrifice through Communion and celebrate new life through Baptism.
Sunday Worship – 9:50 AM
Spirit-filled preaching, praise, and prayer with Pastor Dr. Ricky D. Turner.
Sunday Youth Church – 9:50 AM
Dynamic, youth-focused messages and worship led by Youth Pastor Elisha Byrd—designed to engage, inspire, and grow the next generation in faith.
Bible Study Wednesday 11:15 AM & 6:30 PM (All ages)
A staffed nursery is available, allowing parents to fully engage in the service while their little ones are lovingly cared for in a safe, nurturing environment.
